Joy and Krishna sign off on some important student council matters
Being part of the student council at London Brookes allowed me to aim to make a difference for the students at this college. It also enabled me to further develop my extra curricular activities that I mentioned in my personal statement, for my university application.
One task I was responsible for was arranging poppies to be sold at the college to raise money for the British Legion, on Remembrance Day. This was a successful day as we were able to raise money for charity as well as reminding people of the bravery of our soldiers.
The student council is a great way to help the student voice be heard, in order to further benefit our learning
