The terms and conditions below come into effect on registration of the student. Furthermore the College Policies and Procedures section should be read and followed. Any alteration will not be valid unless in writing by the Principal.
Admissions Admission to the college is based on interview with the Principal and satisfactory references from a previous school or college.
Payment of Fees The College reserves the right to refuse entry to public examinations if all fees have not been paid in full. Fees are payable in advance on receipt of invoice. If parents feel they may have difficulty meeting this commitment, they should discuss the situation with the Principal prior to registration.
Public examination fees are not included in the tuition fees.
Notice Required to Leave Course(s) or College One term’s notice must be given in writing to withdraw a student from college. Confirmation of this will be acknowledged in writing. Failure to give the required notice will result in you being liable for a term’s fees.
Timetables Each student will receive their own individual timetable tailored to their study plan.
Code of Conduct Each student will be given a copy of the college’s Code of Conduct which they will be asked to sign. Failure to abide by the Code may result in disciplinary action being taken by the college.
If a student is required to withdraw from the college for disciplinary reasons, the fees for that quarter remain payable.
Liability for Damage The college does not accept responsibility for students’ personal possessions
Complaints Procedure Should any parent or student have occasion to complain about any aspect of tuition or administration, the college maintains a formal written procedure, details of which can be obtained from the College policy and procedure page.
