GCSEs are normally taken over two years, but this one year GCSE intensive course will allow you to complete five to seven GCSEs in a single year. This means that in one year you will meet the minimum requirements for admission to the A Levels.
To achieve five to seven GCSEs in a year, you will study in specialist classes with experienced teachers who help you achieve the best results. These lessons are specially tailored for One year GCSE intensive course so you receive all the necessary support and cover all the material in one year.
When you arrive at London Brookes Sixth Form College, we will assess you and place you in the appropriate class based on your level. The number of GCSEs that you take will depend on your ability, level of English and plans for further education.

Testimonial
My experience at London Brookes College has been one of a kind. Initially, upon my arrival at the college, I was nervous about meeting new friends, building relationships with my new teachers and simply ‘fitting in’. However, the college allowed me to feel comfortable and confident immediately. Personally speaking, this college has amazing English and Politics teachers who explain concepts in the depth, my English teachers provided me with all the resources needed to achieve the best grade possible. In addition to this, my politics teacher was able to elaborate and explain complicated current affairs in detail, giving me a broader understanding of the world of politics – I even managed to attend the House of Lords 4 times this year based on a programme which I was put on.

Great college with good facilities. The teachers are friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t have gotten through last year without their help!
